These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AfriLink Student Admission Portal (the "Portal"), operated by AfriLink Sarl. By creating an account or submitting an application through the Portal, you agree to these Terms. Three types of accounts exist: Student accounts (self-registered), Agent accounts (created by AfriLink staff for commercial partners submitting applications on behalf of students), and Admin accounts (AfriLink team members).
You agree that all information and documents you submit through the Portal are true, accurate, and belong to you (or, for agents, to the student you are submitting on behalf of, with that student's knowledge and consent). Submitting false or misleading information may result in the rejection of an application, suspension of an account, or dismissal from a university after admission.
AfriLink assists with the preparation, review, and submission of study-abroad applications. Submitting an application through the Portal does not guarantee admission to any university or program. Final admission decisions are made by the partner universities, not by AfriLink.
Agent accounts are created exclusively by AfriLink staff and are not available through public self-registration. Agents are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit on behalf of students and for obtaining appropriate authorization from each student before submitting an application or documents on their behalf.
The Portal itself does not process payments. Any fees related to AfriLink's services are discussed and arranged directly with AfriLink's team (including via WhatsApp), outside of the Portal.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify AfriLink immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to use the Portal to submit fraudulent documents, impersonate another person, attempt to access another user's account or data, or interfere with the normal operation of the Portal.
AfriLink may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to contact@afri-link.net.
